Welcome to iTallie (“we”, “us”, “our”), a time, task, and team management software platform available at https://itallie.co.za. By accessing or using iTallie, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
1. About iTallie
iTallie is a cloud-based productivity platform designed to help individuals and teams track time, manage tasks, match skills, generate reports, and create invoices (“the Service”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use iTallie. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:

- Keep your login credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service.
4. Subscription, Payments & Billing

- Prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise
- Failure to pay may result in restricted access or suspension
All fees are non-refundable unless required by South African consumer protection laws.
5. Use of the Service

- Attempt to access data belonging to other users
- Interfere with or disrupt system security or performance

7. Reports & Invoices
Reports and invoices generated through iTallie are based on data entered by users.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect data input
- Legal or tax compliance of invoices
- Decisions made based on generated reports
Users remain fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of their records.
8. Availability & Support
We aim to keep iTallie available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Update features
- Modify or discontinue parts of the Service
Support is provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and trademarks related to iTallie remain our intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- iTallie is provided “as is”
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:
- These Terms are breached
- The platform is misused
- Required by law
Upon termination, access to data may be limited or removed after a reasonable period.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of iTallie after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled by South African courts.
